1Place all ingredients into a blender and blend.
2Heat skillet on medium high and coat with olive oil spray.
3Pour batter into skillet into size of pancakes of your choice and brown on both sides.
4Before serving, top pancakes with slices of bananas, strawberries and blueberries. Drizzle a little agave nectar on top and enjoy.
