1Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl, making sure to evening distribute all ingredients. Using an ice cream or cookie scoop, portion the dough into 12-15 bites. Squeeze dough in your hands and gently roll into a ball. Store in an airtight container and refrigerate 1-2 weeks. Feel free to substitute other dried fruits of your choice to equal 1/2 cup.
