Shred carrots
chop peppers (use green and red)
chop red onions
thinly slice green onions aka scallions

Place all of the vegetables in a hot pan and saute'' in coconut oil and Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO). Until done but the cabbage still has a little crunch.
Season with Braggs Liquid Aminos. It is similar to soy sauce but way less sodium.
