mix flours, salt and baking power in food processor

add lard to flour and blend well

add hot water till dough forms, add more if needed,

form dough into balls, rest balls on floured board covered with moist clean towel or plastic wrap for 1 hour

roll balls into tortillas of desired thickness

cook on griddle or heavy skillet until lightly brown on each side..place in plastic bag as you cook each one to keep them soft. can be refrigerated or frozen.
