cup (8 fl oz)water, warm (110 degrees)
Steps
Sequence Step
1mix flours, salt and baking power in food processor
2add lard to flour and blend well
3add hot water till dough forms, add more if needed,
4form dough into balls, rest balls on floured board covered with moist clean towel or plastic wrap for 1 hour
5roll balls into tortillas of desired thickness
6cook on griddle or heavy skillet until lightly brown on each side..place in plastic bag as you cook each one to keep them soft. can be refrigerated or frozen.
