Place all wet ingredients into a bowl and mix by hand or with a mixer. Using a blender is fine too.

Combine all dry ingredients into a bowl and mix with whisk until ingredients are blended well.

Pour all the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir. Add water. Mix unitl blended.
Pour into a pan covered with parchment paper or coconut oil.
Bake for 35 minutes at 350 degrees. Test to see if it is done, by poking the cake with a toothpick. If the toothpick is dry, it is ready. Every oven is different.
Let cool.
