Combine remaining dry ingredients in a flour sifter

In a large bowl add the proofed yeast, then slowly sift the dry ingredients into the bowl. Stirring

Add the room temperature eggs and applesauce.
Beat until the dough is smooth light and airy.
Turn the dough onto a clean surface and knead until it comes together.

Transfer to the baking pan.
bake at 350 for 35-40 min until firm and toothpick comes out clean.

If you desire a nicely browned crust: set oven to broil and broil for 1-3 min until desired crust is achieved.
