Steps
Sequence Step
1Melt butter in pan until it starts to brown a little bit.
2Chop and sautee bacon at high heat until crispy. Drain ONLY HALF of the fat.
3Add chopped onion and turn heat down to low.
4When the onion is translucent, Add the squash and about 1-2 cups of water.
5Cook on low for at least 30 minutes, stirring occasionally, add spices and cook until desired texture
