Directions:
Cut the block of cheese into 4 x 1/2 inch sticks.
In a bowl add flour and coat the cheese. Set aside.
In another large bowl add breadcrumbs, cheese, and salt
and blend. In another bowl beat the eggs and add
the cream.
Dip each stick into the egg mixture, then into the
breadcrumb mixture. Cover all the egg on the cheese
and set aside.
When all the cheese is breaded, REPEAT the breading (this gives
the cheese a nice crunchy coating.
After the second coating, put the breaded cheese in a
zipperlock baggie and stick in the freezer until firm,
about 2 hours.
Heat the oil in a frying pan on medium high heat. (or a deep frier if you
have one.)
Add a few cheese sticks at a time in the oil, cook until golden
brown about 1 minute per side.
Serve with marinara sauce.
