1Preheat Oven to 350 degrees
2Brown turkey in pan and drain off oil. Add the spaghetti sauce and mushrooms and simmer 10 min.
3Mix ricotta, egg, 1/4 cup mozzarella and italian seasoning. beat well with fork.
4grease an 8x8 glass baking dish with non stick cooking spray. spread beef mixture in botton. s pread ricotta mixture on top. lay half pepperoni slices on top. spread 1 cup mozzarella cheese and finish with pepperoni slices. bake until bubbly (20 min)
