cups1 can Kidney beans(drained and rinsed)

Steps

1Heat oil in a deep pot and combine onions, peppers, and garlic for 3-5 min.
2Deglaze pan with broth and add tomatoes, black beans, kidney beans and stir to combine.
3Season with cumin, chili powder, hot sauce, and salt.
4Stir in refried beans to thicken chili.
5Simmer over low heat for 5-10 min.
6Serve with scallion, tomatoes and tortilla chips.
