Raw Sunflower Seed Kernels

unsalted sesame seeds

grated coconut

organic walnuts

100% Whole grain Oats rolled

dry milk

cinnamon, ground

canola oil

molasses

Combine all dry ingredients except the raisins and set aside

Mix together the honey, molasses and oil (heat to warm in microwave)

Pour the honey mixture over the dried ingredients and mix well

Spread mixture evenly onto a cookie sheet (use one with a lip on it)

Bake 20 minutes @ 300 degrees

Stir and bake another 20 minutes

Add raisins in last 5 minutes of baking
