cream cheese

butter, softened

Powdered Sugar

Vanilla extract, imitation, no alcohol

Allow butter and cream cheese to soften. Leave out for 1 hour approx.

Place cream cheese in medium bowl

Add vanilla extract. Mix in well.

Add 1/2 cup of powdered sugar at a time and mix.

Mix until smooth with no clumps.

Spread out on top of cooled carrot cake.

Add nuts if desired by sprinkling them on the top.
