mix everything but the last 1/4 cup cocoa and coconut oil in a cuisinart. Form into little balls, about the size of a larger marble. Stick on waxed paper, on a plate and then put in freezer. Then mix the cocnut oil and last bit of cocoa together. Take the balls out of the freezer after about 30 min and use a fork and dunk them into the cocoa/coconut oil mixture, which will harded up...put back on wax paper and back in freezer until serving.
