Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Combine all dry ingredients. Combine all wet ingredient. Mix the two together. Prepare pan (9"x9" pan or muffin tin) by spraying with cooking spray. Pour batter into pan, bake until golden brown (about 25 minutes less for muffins)

For spicier variation add a 4 oz. can of chopped green chilies or jalapeno/tomato relish.
