Sequence Step
1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lin, or spray with Pam, an 12 serving muffin tin. Mix all dry ingredients together in a medium bowl. In a seperate bowl mix together the wet ingredients. Add the "ad ins" (nuts chocolate craisins) Add the dry to the wet and stir until fully mixed. Fill muffin tin with batter and bake for 30-35 minutes. cool on rack, and store in a Ziplock bag. Either in the fridge, or on the counter. Pop in the microwave for 10-15 seconds to warm up if desired.
