Steps
Sequence Step
1Preheat oven to 350 and line a 12 muffin pan with liners.
2Mix together wheat bran and milk -- set aside.
3In a large bowl, mix together applesauce, banana, egg, brown sugar and vanilla, then beat into bran mixture.
4Combine flour, baking soda
5Fold blueberries into flour mixture.
6Combine wet ingredients with dry until just blended.
7Scoop into muffin cups.
8Bake 15-20 minutes.
