This recipe is from "The Southern Sass Cookbook"...just needed the nutritional values to make this yummy dish.
Trim any visible fat from steak and cut in half crosswise. Combine 1 T. brown suar and black pepper. Rub steak with sugar mixture.

Place onion and remaining ingrediants in crockpot and stir well. Cover and cook on high 1-2 hours. Turn to low and cook 7-8 hours until steak is tender.

Remove steak from crockpit, shred with 2 forks and return to crockpot. Stir well to combined steak and sauce.
Great over white rice.
