Coat a large saucepan with cooking spray; add margarine. Place over medium-high heat until margarine melts. Add mushrooms, onions, and celery; saute until tender.

Combine flour and milk; stir until smooth. Add flour mixture and broth to vegetable mixture. Bring to a boil over medium heat; reduce heat, and simmer 5 minutes, stirring constantly.

Remove from heat; add cream cheese, stirring until cheese melts. Stir in spaghetti, 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, and remaining ingredients.

Spoon turkey mixture into a shallow 2-quart baking dish coated with vegetable cooking spray; sprinkle evenly with remaining 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese.
