Boil chicken in water on high for at least 30 minutes.

While Chicken is boiling, cut up onions, celery, and carrots. Add to pot.

Remove whole chicken breasts from boiling water. Turn pot on medium heat.

Shred chicken with two forks or cut with knife into small cubes. Add back to pan.

Add the cooked rice - I cook in rice cooker while chicken is boiling.

Add chicken bouillion, salt, and pepper to taste.
