Steps
Sequence Step
1Boil chicken in water on high for at least 30 minutes.
2While Chicken is boiling, cut up onions, celery, and carrots. Add to pot.
3Remove whole chicken breasts from boiling water. Turn pot on medium heat.
4Shred chicken with two forks or cut with knife into small cubes. Add back to pan.
5Add the cooked rice - I cook in rice cooker while chicken is boiling.
6Add chicken bouillion, salt, and pepper to taste.
