Cook squash in microwave with water.

Cook bacon, crispy and crumble. Set aside.

Put the olive oil in a saucepan and heat up. Add the onion and cook till soft Add the mushroom, Cook till soft.

Add the cooked butternut squash, mix together until hot.

Add the ricotta cheese and mix together until hot.

Add about 2/3 of crumbled bacon, stir well.

Add salt and cayenne pepper to taste.

Plate and sprinkle with remaining bcon.
