Combine yeast sugar and water. Then add the oil and salt. Finally add the flour one cup at a time mixing well. Knead for a few minutes. Let stand for an hour and a half. Then punch it down, shape into two loaves and let it rise for another 30 minutes. Heat oven to 350 and bake for 30 minutes.
