Heat oven to 400 deg. Generously grease 10" cast iron skillet. Heat water and margarine to boiling in 1 qt. saucepan. Add baking mix all at once. Stir vigorously over low heat until mixture forma a ball. Remove from heat. Beat in eggs one at a time, continue beating until smooth. Spread in skillet, do not spread up sides. Bake until puffed and dry in center. 20-25 minutes. Add apple mixture and serve. 2 servings
