In separate fry pay, add a touch of olive oil, once this is hot, add shrimp and cook for 1 min on each side - keep heat high as you want the shrimp to have golden colour. When all shrimp are cooked, add them to your tomato sauce and cook for 5 minutes on high.

In seperate pot, bring water to boil, add salt and cook pasta until al-dente. Drain, return to pot, cover. Pour the Shrimp / tomatoes sauce over pasta , stir
