Prepare ingredients by washing and cutting all vegetables.

Cut the cooked up chicken into bite size pieces.

In a seperate pan, fry the rest of the onion, minced garlic, and pepper in some vegetable oil on medium-high heat.

Put the rice into the pan with the chicken broth from boiling the chicken earlier and add a bit more water to cook the rice.

Add in the mixed vegetables into the pan when rice is almost done and add salt, black pepper, and soy sauce to taste.

Turn of the heat when everything in pan is cooked and tender.
