Combine the peanut butter and maple syrup; add the flour and crushed Rice Krispies (1/2 cup of CRUSHED Rice Krispies) and mix until a thick paste forms. Roll into balls and set on parchment paper-lined tray. Melt the coconut oil and chocolate. Dip the balls into the chocolate using a skewer. Optional: sprinkle the top with crushed peanuts. Keep refrigerated - serve cold.
