Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Mix dry ingredients in a bowl. Set aside.

In a large bowl, mash bananas. Add sugar, mix. Add coconut oil and the egg, and mix.

Add dry ingredients to the wet, mix just until wet. Add chocolate chips and mix to evenly distribute.

Spoon into cupcake tins lined with cupcake liners. Fill about 3/4 full.

Bake at 350 degrees for 18-20 min. muffins will puff up and start to brown.

Let cool about 10 min, if you like them warm. If not allow to cool completely before devouring.
