Cauliflower cooked, mashed

Steam cauliflower until tender and mash

Mix in Parmesan cheese and eggs, set aside.

mix chicken, veggies, and add enough broth to give it a little gravy

Taste and adjust seasonings.

Portion out into extra large foil muffin cups or individual serving mini foil pie pans.

Load cauliflower mix in piping bag
