Steps
Sequence Step
1Shred apples and drain. Set aside.
2In a bowl, mix floud, oats, brown sugar, baking powder and soda, salt and cinnamon.
3Mix milk, oil, vanilla, yogurt and egg whites. Add to dry ingredients until just moist.
4Add shredded and drained apples.
5Bake in 400 deg oven for 20 minutes.
