1250* oven. mix together oats, seeds, flax and flour in one large bowl. Put syrup, oil, splenda in sauce pan and heat on low until not quite boiling....then remove from burner and add spices and flavorings...pour over large bowl of dry ingredients and mix together. Pour into 2 large cookie sheets and bake for 40 minutes stirring every 15 to 20 minutes.
