2Toast rice cakes and crumble-either by hand or processor
3Mix together: crumbles rice cake, noon flakes, and onion powder
4Mix together: yogurt, salt, pepper, sour cream, and flour
5Place thawed vegetables in a casserole dish and pour cream mixture over vegetables
6Top casserole with cheddar cheese and crumbeled rice cake
7Bake at 350 degree Fahrenheit for 30 minutes
