1Thaw vegetables.
2Mix together vegetables, sour cream, yogurt, canola oil, flour, salt, pepper, and onion powder.
3Pour medley into casserole dish.
4Crumble rice cakes--you can use your hands or processor.
5Sprinkle cheese then crumbled rice cake onto casserole and bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 minutes. Allow casserole to cool off for 5 minutes before tasting.
