Steps
Sequence Step
1Boil water with lentils and red pepper in pot
2saute onions and garlic with oil in skillet until onions are clear, not caramelized.
3Add curry and cook 4 minutes.
4Add tomatoes and cook for 5 - 10 minutes.
5Add chicken, stir and cook until chicken cooked on outside.
6Add lentil mixture and stir
7Cook an additional 20 minutes.
