1Heat oil in small non-stick skillet. Add onion, bell pepper, corn, and spices.
2Heat until corn begins to turn light golden brown and all residual liquid is evaporated. Stir frequently.
3Add black beans. Mix lightly. Be sure not to smash the beans.
4Heat through, stirring every so often to ensure even heating.
