Recipe Description A quick morning breakfast. Add anything you would like to flavor your pancakes like sausage or bacon, I prefer blueberries and nuts. I recommend not using cupcake liners because the batter tends to stick; just spray the muffin tins before filling.

1Pour King Arthur Flour Gluten Free pancake mix into large bowl, mix as instructed on the box. Fill muffins tines 3/4 of the way full, add blueberries and nuts as desired. Bake at 350 degrees for 12-14 minutes. Enjoy!
