Ingredients Amount Measure Ingredient 2 cloves garlic crushed 3 teaspoons margarine 3 1/2 cups Chicken broth 1 cup Tortellini, Three Cheese, Buitoni 1 package (10 oz) frozen spinach 2 cups Tomatoes, Italian Style Stewed 1 teaspoon grated parmesan Steps Sequence Step 1 In large saucepan, over medium heat,cook and stir garlic in margarine for 2 - 3 mins. Add broth and tortellini; heat to boil. Reduce heat, simmer 10 mins. Add spinach and tomatoes. Simmer an additional 5 mins. Serve topped with Parmesan cheese.
