1Sautee onions in some butter in a pot on medium heat.
2Pour in the rice, carrots, chicken bouillon cubes, salt, milk, and sweet potatoes with enough water to cover it.
3Cook on medium heat until everything is tender and use a blender to blend it all together.
4In an oven, put sliced baguettes with some garlic butter spread on top and toast until golden brown.
