Sautee onions in some butter in a pot on medium heat.

Pour in the rice, carrots, chicken bouillon cubes, salt, milk, and sweet potatoes with enough water to cover it.

Cook on medium heat until everything is tender and use a blender to blend it all together.

In an oven, put sliced baguettes with some garlic butter spread on top and toast until golden brown.
