These pancakes are great and can be made with either apples or blueberries. A family favorite in our house for over 25 years.

In a large bowl, mix together flour, sugar, baking powder and cinnamon

Add 2 eggs, slightly beaten

Add milk

stir all ingredients until batter is a somewhat smooth consistency.

Stir in oil

Stir in chopped apples

Mix all ingredients thoroughly.

Cook on Med-Hi heat in frying pan or griddle until golden brown on each side (small bubbles should begin in the batter to appear when the first side is golden brown. If first side appears too dark (almost burnt) turn down the heat on the burner).
