Combine the raw beef, raw pork, parmesin, oregano, basil, salt and (pepper if desired) and a raw egg into a bowl and fold together by hand and then form into billiard size balls.

Place raw meatballs into a skillet and cook at medium high heat in olive oil until dark brown and slightly crusty, and then drain(remember to cook thouroughly because of the pork content)

Add to a preheated tomato based sauce and serve over pasta of your choice
