Boil rice and quinoa in the broth and water for 20 mins. Add carrots. Boil 15 mins. Add broccoli, peas and cooked garbanzo beans. Boil 10 mins. Add tomatoes, apples and spinach. Boil 10 mins. Place boiled mixture and remaining ingredients (avocado, chia seeds, lemon juice, ginger, turmeric, garlic and hemp protein) into high speed blender.
