Sequence Step
1Combine dry ingredients minus yeast. Place oil and hot waster into bread machine. Set machine to dough setting and add dry ingredients, followed by yeast on top.
2Start the bread maker. Run through dough the cycle twice, then cut knead and cut into 8 equal parts and roll into balls. Preheat oven to 500 F. Roll out on a floured surface to 8" rounds. Keep pita rounds under a fowl as you roll out each one.
