1.Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish. 2.In a large bowl, mix flour, cayenne, and baking powder. Stir in eggs, milk and butter. Mix in spinach, onion and mozzarella cheese. 4.Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish. Bake in the preheated oven 20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool before serving.
