Bring ingredients to room temperature. Mix milk, salt, and flour, mix into eggs until smooth.
Drop by 3TBSP into 8" pan and cook over low heat until dry on top. Do not allow crepe to brown on the underside. Cool on rack
Shred Mozzarella. Mix all ingredients. Divide into 19 parts to fill each noodle. Place filling in center of noodle. Roll and place into 9" x 13" pan already filled with 1.5 cups of sauce seam-side down.
