Mix 1/2 cup of warm water with Yeast and 1T of sugar. Let sit until yeast activates
2
Mix yeast mixture with butter, splenda, water, eggs, salt and half of the flour
3
Add remaining flour and knead for several minutes.
4
Allow dough to rise to double it''s size (about 3-4 hours), then punch down and place in fridge overnight.
5
The next morning, separate the dough into two sections. Roll out each section of the dough into a 16" circle. Brush with melted butter, then using a pizza cutter, cut into 16 pieces. Roll up starting with big end, and place on a greased cookie sheet (I use Pam cooking spray). Cover with saran wrap sprayed with cooking spray to keep it from sticking to the rolls.
Let rise 3-4 hours
6
Bake in 350 degree oven for 15 - 17 minutes or until slightly brown on the bottom. (Using Splenda will decrease the browning of the rolls)
