Dutch Apple Pie

1combine apples, lemon juice, sugar, lt.brown sugar, flour, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg.
2mix together
3spoon into crust
4pre-heat oven to 350 degrees
5place in oven and bake for 50 mins or until golden brown

1mix flour, and salt
2blend in shortening
3Add water - slowly
4cover with damp cloth, let stand for a few minutes
5Separate into two halves
6roll out each half,1/8 inch thick
7spray pan with cooking spray
8place 1 crust in pan
9place last crust on top of pie after it is filled. Pinch edges of both crust together.
10cut small 1 inch slice in center of crust and 8 1 inch slices near the edges around pie
