Sequence Step
1Heat oil to medium-high in frying pan or wok.
2Add pepper flakes and chicken, cook 2-3 minutes.
3Remove chicken, set aside.
4Add green onions, 1/4 tsp ginger, stir-fry 1 minute.
5Return chicken, stir-fry 3 minutes.
6Mix soy sauce, dry sherry, vinegar, and sugar; add to pan.
7Cook, stirring frequently, until thickened.
