Saute sausage until cooked through in skillet.

Sprinkle coconut flour over top to absorb some of the oil.

Stir in canned coconut milk until smooth.

Season to taste with sage, thyme, salt and pepper.

Sprinkle arrowroot over a teaspoon at a time until gravy is desired thickness.

Serve warm over paleo biscuits.
