Preheat oven to 350

Beat egg in medium sized bowl

Add peanut butter, brown sugar, applesauce, greek yogurt, and vanilla. Mix well

Add oats and flour, mix well.

Add chocolate chips and raisins, mix well.

Spoon by the tablespoon onto a cookie sheet, bake for 12-14 minutes (until bottom edges are just turning brown).
