Sequence Step
1Poach chicken breasts in low sodium chicken broth. Set aside to cool. Cut up one fresh pineapple into cubes. Add 1/2 cup of diced red onion. Split 4 celery stalks and thinly slice add to mixture. Cut 2 cups of red seedless grapes in half and add. Salt and pepper to taste. Cube cooled chicken and add to mixture. Chill Then add 1/2 cup of may and stir.
