Steps
Sequence Step
1Chop garlic, onions, red pepper and carrots, cauliflower (Need to "Rice the cauliflower in a food processor or grater). Scramble the eggs
2Heat sesame oil in pan and add garlic and onions saute for a couple of minutes then add the green onions, carrots and red peppers. Add 3 cups of cauliflower to mixture with soy sauce and shrimp and cook about 10 minutes mixing often
3add scrambled eggs to the mixture until heated and serve.
