Dice onion and garlic. Saute in olive oil until translucent. Add chili seasoning and fry for 10-15 seconds.

Rinse beans in colander and add to garlic/onion mix.

Add tomatoes and one cup of water.

Cook on medium for 10-15 minutes. Serve with cheese and sour cream.
